This is a voluntary guarantee, offered on top of your statutory rights below.
Under French law (art. L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, for digital content supplied immediately (such as an online course you can access straight away), art. L221-28 provides an exception: by completing your purchase and choosing immediate access, you give your express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has begun. You confirm this at checkout.
Because our voluntary 30-day guarantee (§1) is more generous than the 14-day statutory period, you are not disadvantaged: you can still request a refund within 30 days under the terms above.
Email contact@riviereadvisory.com from the address you purchased with, within 30 days, and tell us your order reference. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
The "French Property Current" membership is cancel-anytime; cancelling stops future renewals. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment; renewals are not refundable once the new period has started, but you can cancel before the next renewal to avoid being charged.
