The workspace connects your cash, purchase and financing inputs with first-year ownership costs. Enter estimates, compare alternatives and identify the questions to take to your lender, notaire or other adviser.
Dated reference notes help you review selected assumptions. Source review and customer support are handled by Rivière Advisory; the workspace does not automatically monitor your property or replace your inputs.
Advanced tax, ownership-structure and portfolio models, document uploads and professional sharing are outside this workspace’s scope. Course-specific teaching and downloadable tools remain separate. Calculations are educational estimates, not personalised recommendations.

How do I cancel renewal?
Use Manage billing in your account or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the remaining included or paid period.
Can I buy membership without a course?
Paid membership is for course buyers. You can try the limited Navigator purchase workspace for 14 days before buying a course, with no card or automatic charge. Investor includes your first membership year.

Selected reference updates are dated and reviewed. You decide whether to use them in a new comparison; your saved assumptions are not silently replaced. This is a workspace and review process, not a promise of personalised advice or continuous monitoring.
